The lamb on the bus 😂. You know, I reckon Daniel and you came to our cottage in Victory, for dinner before you left NZ? We've been here 13-14 years now. Would that be about right?
I thought you might remember the land! 😅 We've being in NI 10 years now so would've left to sail North island maybe 10.5 years ago...from Nelson I think...with 3 kids... something about that is ringing a bell! 😅 We didn't know then we'd stay in UK...I'll write about that crazy move another time
I love this because you haven’t limited your creativity to one thing. I find that encouraging because I too go through different periods when I change from painting to sewing to creating a new home. Recently i have been studying with no time for creativity and I can’t wait to get back to it.
I’m envious of your time in New Zealand which is the one country I would move to if I didn’t have daughters in the U.K. Still, I do get to go there pretty often which I realise is a privilege.
🙏...Ahhh...NZ...it's a gorgeous place...so grateful for our 15 years there...look forward to visiting someday...but it is so far from family so that was what got me in the end...will see what our 3 kiwi born kids do.. they're quite keen to go back..! I found it reassuring to recognise my creativity in other areas so I didn't feel I'd lost it! I too get drawn by different things in multiple directions 😅
